I provide confidential counseling to individuals facing a range of psychological problems including anxiety, bipolar illness, depression, late-life depression, grief and loss, panic attacks, parenting issues, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management, trauma, work and career issues, and many others.   My approach is integrative.  Drawing on traditional psychological theory and practice along with new developments in energy psychology and mindfulness we will work together to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from the life you want.
